I have been training with Krista for a few months now and have 2 private sessions per week.
Krista makes the hour of training interesting and almost fun 🙂 She gears the exercises to my fitness level and I really like the way she switches up the routine each time. I feel stronger and have more muscle tone and have lost some weight. I use to dread training appointments but I look forward to my sessions with Krista. She’s a lovely person too!
