Eating With Intention

One minute, you’re staring at a plate full of salad… the next, you’re hiding in the pantry scarfing down a box of cookies. 

Do you feel like you know what you need to do to be healthy, but you can’t seem to follow through, and you aren’t sure why?  

I have stood exactly where you’re standing, and I 100% understand!

I was a binge and restricter. I could tell you countless stories of diets I tried only to end in bingeing episodes. I can’t even tell you how many Mondays I “started fresh”. I would literally fear Sunday because I knew it was the day I always lost complete control. I couldn’t stop myself. I’d always start the day off great. I’d tell myself that today I would not get carried away, things would be fine. And then by the late afternoon I would feel this panic. Monday is looming, I have to be “perfect” again. I’m not allowed to eat chocolate or bread on MONDAY! Gasp! I would try to eat normally and healthfully all day, have a regular sized dinner and tell myself that it was fine, I didn’t need anymore. Then I’d inevidably go back for more, then more, then more. Well all bets were off, so I might as well have ice cream, and that candy in the cupboard, and the bagel, and top it off with a bunch of cheese!

Monday morning would come and I would feel horrible, bloated, foggy, constipated, disgusted, guilt ridden, and determined to NEVER do it again. The week would go by, Sunday relentlessly came, and the cycle continued and continued for at least 15 years. Sunday binges were my thing, my weight didn’t change much because I exercised enough and restricted enough during the week so that I didn’t gain too much. I was good at hiding it.

Together, we create a personalized plan of action that is realistic and achievable for you.  Your goals will come into reality with guidance to implement changes that work with your lifestyle.  You have my full support, and the accountability a Health Coach provides will help lead you into success that is lasting.

Eating With Intention is a 4 week program that is open to women only. It is run as a group program 2-3 times a year, or one on one in private sessions at your convenience! I see clients locally and from a distance so please join me if this program resonates with you!
