Lady FIT Classes and Training

I offer Personal Training, Small Group Training, and I teach several classes there as well. Please see my schedule below or contact the gym for more information.

Group Fitness Class Schedule:

Monday: 6:00am – Bootcamp / 6:30pm – Yoga Flow


Wednesday: 4:30pm – SPRY Yoga / 5:30pm – Bootcamp



Saturday: 9:00am – Kettlebell Kardio
