Lady FIT Classes and Training

If you’re looking for an amazing place to workout, feel empowered, and meet other awesome like minded strong women, Lady Fit is the place to be!

I offer Personal Training, Small Group Training, and I teach several classes there as well. Please see my schedule below or contact the gym for more information.

Group Fitness Class Schedule:

Monday: 6:00am – Total Circuit / 6:30pm – Yoga Flow


Wednesday:  5:30pm – Total Circuit

Thursday: 6:30pm – SPRY Yoga (30 min class)


Saturday: 9:00am – Kettlebell Kardio


Small Group Training – Grab a couple friends and get your sweat on! Have you ever wanted a more personalized approach to your fitness program but couldn’t afford Personal Training? This is THE perfect solution!

Cost: 2 people: $30 each, 3 people: $20 each, 4 people: $15 each. *Must also be a member of the gym, or pay as you go to use the facility.
