Hey there! My name is Krista. I LOVE food! It’s no surprise that I became a nutritionist. To be able to heal the body by eating delicious foods is such a blessing. I wanted to learn everything I could and share it with anyone who would listen! When it comes to health, I never stop learning. You can always find me listening to the latest podcast on food and fitness, reading current studies, and buying way too many books on the subject of nutrition and personal development! I believe that true health can only be achieved through a combination of self love, nourishing whole foods, and specific lifestyle practices. This may look slightly different for each person, but the principles are the same: eat foods that are closest to nature, love the body you have, feed it the nutrients it craves, and move as much as possible! Food is about pleasure, love, nourishment, and fun. It should never be about self deprivation, punishment, or restriction. (Trust me, I’ve been there!) Using food as medicine is one of the most powerful tools humans have. We need to respect and listen to our body, give it the nutrients it desires, and love ourselves no matter what!
I’m a realist. I know we’re all busy people. We don’t have time to create lengthy and complicated recipes, shop for obscure ingredients, and make radical changes overnight. I do not design you an impersonal one-size-fits-all meal plan. NOPE! I give you individualized small steps, things that YOU are 100% capable of doing. I will help guide you to develop healthy habits over a period of time, leading to simple lifestyle changes without a ton of effort!
Lasting change takes time, guidance, and commitment. That’s why at KB Strength & Wellness you won’t find just a one hour consult. At the minimum, I like to work with clients for a month, but ideally a 3-6 month package will set you up, develop lasting habits, and give you the right tools for the rest of your life! YOU GOT THIS!
Online 1:1 Nutrition Coaching:
We will not only look at your health from a food perspective, but also lifestyle. How well do you sleep? What are your stress levels like? Are you exercising? This is not just a diet template to follow, this is a program that empowers you to make positive, realistic changes and create healthy habits for life!
1 month (3 sessions) – One hour initial consult, plus 2 x 30 minute follow up consults. Continuous email support will be provided for the entire month. $150
3 months (7 sessions) – One hour initial consult, plus 6 x 30 minute follow up consults. Continuous email support will be provided throughout the entire package. $275
6 months (13 sessions) – One hour initial consult, plus 12 x 30 minute follow up consults. Continuous email support will be provided throughout the entire package. $400
